Haven't talked to you in a bit but wanted to tell you how happy and pleased that I am with all that you and your team are doing for my property. You have put together a great group of folks. Leslie (the property's manager) is most attentive and on top of everything. She is a delight to work with and always positive and upbeat no matter what the issue. She genuinely cares about her clients and is always looking out for us and our homes yet from my experience, she makes the rental guests feel as if they too are most important to her.

She keeps me apprised of problems and/or things that I need to address in order to ensure the house remains a premier product. She is proactive on problems and yet very conservative with expenditures. I always know in advance what she is going to do. I feel totally comfortable being here in Chicago knowing that she is actually in the house on a regular basis, watching out for everything.

That is very unlike 'that other' management company that handled the house when I purchased it a year ago! Until I switched to Dunes Properties, my stomach was always in a knot wondering what was going on.

I must also mention the reservation staff as well. They are always so upbeat, accommodating and actually recognize my name when I call. That too means so much to an owner... that one is not just a number or an address. They always have a complimentary thing to say about the house and that makes me believe that they actually know the properties that they are representing and take an interest in doing so. You must do a terrific job of training.

Lastly, the rental revenues (what we are all doing this for!) are well above last year! I was nervous that we would have a very down year since the house had been represented by that "other company" for 2 years and there would be no returning business, but you and your folks have done a marvelous job of marketing and filling the house. I thank you so much for that.  

To summarize, you and your team are doing a fabulous job for your clients and although we may not always tell you, we do so appreciate it. Thank you ever so much.
