Our Management History & Philosophy
Dunes Properties was established in 1989 by experienced local real estate professionals to serve the vacation management and real estate needs of our property owners. Since inception, we have provided management services to nearly 1000 clients and this number is growing everyday. We do not wish to be the "largest" coastal vacation management company in the region; through careful planning and optimal growth, we have achieved an extensive list of high quality vacation properties, all meticulously supervised by experienced management professionals. We support all of our properties with marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, and repair programs which promote while guarding their appearance and value. By carefully managing the growth and quality of our listings, we provide the best possible service and occupancy levels for our owners.
